Where the PCT crosses highway 36 E., Lassen National Forest

Directions: Go east on highway 36 East out of Redbuff, going towards Chester (Lake Almanore). 6 miles before Chester on Hwy. 36 East, there is only a small pct sign with a pullout parking for 3-4 cars.

There is one trail heading out of this trail-head.

Comments:

The trailhead is not developed for parking trailors, just a few cars. But a bit further down the road is a good place to park and ride to the trail from.
