Trail Head Ammenities:
- Large enough parking area to usually turn around a stock trailer. It may take some jockeying to get it around if other vehicles are parked there. Or, can use entry way and road to turn around. Can also go up the road about a half mile or so, and turn around using the turn-out.
- This is not a heavily used Trail Head.
- There is no water.
- There are no out-houses.
- No fees.
- There is one trail heading out of this trail-head with forks to other lakes and the PCT.
Trails out of Duck Lake TH:
- The trail is very steep near the start, for about a mile, then it levels out on an old logging road for a short ways, before splitting and going to Duck Lakes, HorseShoe Lake, Eaton Lakes, Lipstick Lake, and on up to the PCT.
