Directions to Indian Scotty & Lover's Camp road: From Fort Jones (Hwy. 3) take Scott River Road (Forest Service Station, Grocery Store and Gas Station on the three corners) and follow it for about 14 miles until you pass Jones Beach (parking on one side of road, Scott River on the other). About a mile further you'll come to the turn off to Indian Scotty Camp Ground, which is Lover's Camp Road (FS road 44N45). Follow it for about 1 1/2 miles till you come to FS road 44N53Y on your left. Follow that road to the end (about 1 1/2 miles).

Boulder Creek Trail Head is usually open by late June.
There is limited parking at this trail head, and turning a trailer around can be difficult if others are parked here. Suggest getting your trailer turned around upon arrival so there are no surprises when you arrive back at your rig after a ride. There is a fairly large old log landing just past this trail head, which provides additional space for parking and for turning around, but I am not aware of the present condition of this option. Best to park before bridge.
